Themeli Group was founded by Arben Gjokaj, a program management and international business development leader with extensive experience in the global automotive industry. Since 2013, while working with multinational corporations, he has led complex product launches, turned around high-priority strategic programs, and supported business growth through global market expansion initiatives.
Today, Arben partners with organizations to strengthen program execution, develop international growth strategies, and support market entry initiatives through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
Arben is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, with research focused on leadership judgment in AI-enabled international expansion and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) decision-making. He holds an MBA, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is the author of Leading the Storm: How Calm Leaders Deliver Results Under Pressure.

Goca Gjokaj

Goca Gjokaj, Co-Founder of Themeli, brings over a decade of experience in procurement across the automotive and aerospace industries. Since 2014, she has led strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiated multi-million-dollar agreements, and built resilient global supplier networks across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Her work today entails partnering with clients to expand supplier networks, elevate negotiation strategy, and strengthen organizational effectiveness across both supplier and customer engagements.
Goca holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and advanced negotiation certifications, including the Professional Negotiator designation from the Schranner Negotiation Institute.
